Danny Mongeon is the young chef who in the last few years helmed the kitchens at the restaurants Social, Brut Cantina Sociale, Hooch Bourbon House and Share Freehouse. Mongeon has also gathered teams of great Chefs to produce “Flux Dinners.” They’re charitable events focusing on hyper-local concepts and have received high praise and raised lots of money for charities. But Taste for Hope is one of Danny’s favorite events of the year. Being one of the founding Chefs, he’s proud to be back at the event and looking forward to seeing everyone there. Danny is currently serving as Executive Chef at the Sawridge Inn in Jasper, AB.
